Rise Above: We Are Greater. Act Like It.

God’s Design For Connecting Us

The interconnected tree roots of California’s mighty redwoods are a nod to the infinite wisdom and artistry of our Creator’s purposeful design. Redwood roots reach far: between 60 to 80 feet.

As in nature, we too are interconnected with one another. We don’t fully see the tree’s root networks, and we also don’t realize how our energy influences other people. We also affect outward, growing and flourishing together by radiating positive energy across teams and organization. Aren’t you tired of the vicious, vile, venomous, vindictive vitriol in your workplace?  TIP: Begin operating at the deeper level of connectivity and rise above all those “v’s”.

“Keep a close watch on all you do and think. Stay true to what is right, and God will bless you and use you to help others.”  1 Timothy 4:16 (The Message translation)

God’s Design For Sustaining Us

The U.S. National Park Service describes how the cool, moist ocean air, the fog, the soil, and the makeup of their wood are part of the ecosystem that the redwoods thrive in.

Perhaps you don’t realize what’s in your expansive ecosystem. Ever notice how things or people show up right on time when you didn’t know how you were going to make it happen? That’s God’s hand reaching out to help. The Lord will sustain you; no need to worry.” TIP: Grab God’s hand and see with a different eye how you make it through.

And it is He who will supply all your needs from his riches in glory because of what Christ Jesus has done for us.” Philippians 4:19.

God’s Design For Us To Rise Above Challenges.

Averaging 35 stories in height, their canopy is so high that many threats occurring beneath them are of no consequence. They rise above it all.

There is no need to get distracted by inane matters. They are beneath you. When you operate from a place of faith, the challenges won’t create a lot of apprehension. You’re on a higher plane and can see beyond the thinking that drives others to frantically worry. TIP: Read Nehemiah 6 and see how Nehemiah rose above Sanballat’s attempts to create discord, doubt and fear.

“Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments because you know they produce quarrels.” 2 Timothy 2:23.

Here’s A Personal Mission For You:

Act like you know that you are secure in the knowledge that your stature, growth and progress are guaranteed by the Lord. Use your abilities to strengthen others. Support others in their growth process and spread positive influence.
